It’s been a long time since we held a FPS title under Reason Gaming, having last done so with CS:GO back in 2017. That felt wrong, and thankfully to say we have now righted that wrong by entering Rainbow Six Siege.

The team we have acquired all hail from Denmark, another stomping ground for Reason. It’s a squad of exceptionally young players, with an average age of 16.6. This means that while they’re currently ineligible to compete in the top two R6S divisions due to their age, their focus is entirely on the domestic leagues.

The team have qualified for the Nordic Championship Season 4 finals, set to take place on December 1st, after winning the first round of qualifiers. Alongside that they are currently competing in the YouSee Esportligaen, which is set to conclude with a LAN in May 2020.

The team have also had a number of strong showings, both online and offline, before joining Reason Gaming. They finished 3rd/4th in the previous two seasons of the Nordic Championship, and won NPF LAN earlier this month. They are one of the strongest youth teams in the Nordic region, and the strongest all-Danish team.

Team analyst, Jacob “Jeffy” Jensen passed on these words from the team about joining Reason:

We are honored to be a part of Reason Gaming, and are looking forward to a great partnership and hope to achieve great things in the future

Reason Gaming MD, Adam “Blanks” Heath, added:

We love the chance to move into a scene we haven’t been part of before, and so it’s great to have this bunch of Rainbow Six players join us. We look forward to supporting them!

Our roster is as follows:

  • Alexander “Indominus” Bjørnholdt (Sub)
  • Nicki “NickiN” Nyegaard (Coach)
  • Jacob “Jeffy” Jensen (Analyst)

Please welcome Rainbow Six to Reason Gaming!
