Reason Gaming are more than happy to be announcing the new roster for our Counter-Strike: Global Offensive team. After Mathias “MSL” Lauridsen made it clear that he wanted to search for a new team and Morten “coloN” Johansen decided to retire, the hunt began for two new players to complete the roster.
With his great experience by leading a team to victory with his amazing tactics and leadership, Finn “Karrigan” Andersen will be the new in-game leader of the Counter-Strike: Global Offensive squad.
Almost every player knows Karrigan from his time in FNATIC, where they destroyed the last remains of any Counter-Strike 1.6 team out there.

Michael “Friis” Jørgensen is the last man to finish up the squad.
Friis was already in FNATIC when Karrigan arrived, and he’s probably best known for his incredible AWP play. Both of the players have already helped Reason Gaming to qualify for the EMS One Katowice, with a potential prizepool of $250,000.

Statement from Finn “Karrigan” Andersen about both his and Friis’ arrival in Reason

Today Friis and me are teaming up with Reason Gaming, after some weeks of practising we found out this is how the lineup should look like. I’m honoured to be a part of this talented team and from the start when I joined the team, they asked me to be the in-game-leader, which I took over after MSL parted ways with the team. Already in 2 weeks time we will be participating in one of the biggest tournament in the world, which will be a hard test for us. With a little time until this event, we have to use every second we have to prepare for it.

I’m personally happy that the team and organisation gave me the opportunity to be a part of this project, it also makes me happy that I am once again playing with Friis at my side, since he is one of the players I have played the most with. We still have a long road infront of us but with tournaments as EMS Katowice and Copenhagen Games coming, I really believe we can achieve some good international results. Finally, I want to say thank you to our sponsors – SteelSeries, eSportsClothing, Hitbox.tv and ITRentals for their support”
