The Spanish powerhouse is the fifth team in a short period of time to pull out of the competition, and their departure means that just 2 teams remain in group B, meaning both, TCM and TAO will advance on to the LAN Finals, to be held in Kiev Cybersports Arena.
According to comments made by the team to HLTV.org, the move comes after just last week the team decided to replace Borja “GuMmY” González, with the old school player Aitor “milicua” Fernández, who is looking to revive the golden days of the Spanish team, when he played for them in 2006, it is presumed that, after such a long time away from CS, the player needs practice to regain his potential level.
The only match remaining on Group B is the one that the Russians from TAO and the Danes from TCM will play to know who will take the first place of the group.
